Our Pricing Plans

Pricing is available in two tiers: Financial & Maintenance Management and Full Management. Financial & Maintenance Management covers accounting and maintenance coordination (one or the other), while Full Management includes customer service, documentation, financial oversight, maintenance, and additional benefits.

For example, as the number of owners increases, the cost per owner decreases, providing significant savings for larger associations. This model not only simplifies budgeting for property management but also allows associations to receive high-quality services without the burden of excessive fees.
